Staffinc Group is seeking an observant and reliable Mystery Shopper to evaluate the retail experience for nicotine products in the Kabupaten Bengkayang area. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible, part-time supplemental income while contributing to vital market insights.
As a Mystery Shopper, you will act as a regular customer to gather objective data on store compliance, product display standards, and sales staff interactions. You will be responsible for documenting your findings accurately and providing unbiased feedback that helps our clients maintain quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Visit assigned retail locations to evaluate product placement and availability.
- Observe and report on the sales staff's adherence to professional standards and age-verification protocols.
- Document observations objectively using a mobile reporting tool or digital form.
- Capture photographic evidence of point-of-sale displays and marketing materials as required.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the project, store locations, and evaluation criteria.
- Submit detailed reports within 24 hours of completing each site visit.
- Communicate promptly with the project coordinator regarding any challenges encountered in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in mystery shopping, retail, or market research is highly valued but not required.
- Must be based in or able to travel within Kabupaten Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions without deviation.
- Excellent written communication skills for producing accurate and objective reports.
- Must possess a smartphone with a reliable camera and internet connection.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to act as an anonymous shopper.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to specific industry compliance standards.
