- Perform professional manicures and pedicures, ensuring precision and high-quality results.
- Provide relaxing foot spa treatments and massage services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times, strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care products and services.
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their appointment.
- Upsell retail nail products and memberships to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and color combinations.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or License in Nail Technology, Cosmetology, or Beauty Therapy.
- Proven work experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa.
- Strong knowledge of nail anatomy, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods while maintaining energy and professionalism.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are required for client interaction.
