Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel extensions, and intricate nail art.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in accordance with salon safety protocols.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic preferences and provide expert recommendations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to build long-term client relationships and repeat bookings.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and advanced nail techniques.
- Ensure all tools are properly maintained and sterilized before and after each service.
- Assist in inventory management and general salon operations to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Nailist or Nail Technician.
- Strong technical skills in gel application, nail shaping, and artistic design.
- Demonstrated ability to work with precision, cleanliness, and a high attention to detail.
- High level of discipline, punctuality, and professional accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a premium client experience.
