As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery for NDIS participants. You will be responsible for managing complex rosters, coordinating support workers, and ensuring that all operational standards are met efficiently from your home office. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and optimize daily rosters for NDIS support workers to ensure 100% coverage and compliance.
  • Coordinate directly with NDIS participants and their families to understand care requirements and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Monitor support worker performance and provide necessary feedback and training resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of all rostering changes, incidents, and operational reports within the database.
  • Ensure strict adherence to NDIS quality and safety standards and internal company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for urgent operational queries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements for greater efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in rostering, operations coordination, or a similar administrative role within the healthcare or community services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and disability support standards is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and rostering software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse clients and staff.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Relevant certifications in disability support or business administration are a plus.
