Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to Nespresso operations and supply inventory.
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Prepare, draft, and organize business correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Support the management team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and filing systems.
- Monitor office supply levels and coordinate restocking orders as required.
- Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, maintaining the brand standards of the company.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
