Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design effective NetSuite solutions.
- Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations, including system configuration, customization, and data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
- Create comprehensive functional specification documents and user training manuals.
- Provide ongoing functional support and guidance to end-users to ensure high system adoption.
- Participate in international business trips to provide on-site consulting services to our global client base.
- Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, and Order Management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite functional consulting or implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required by project demands.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is highly preferred.
