Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite functional solutions.
- Manage end-to-end implementation tasks, including system configuration, workflows, and customized reporting.
- Provide technical and functional support to end-users to ensure high adoption rates and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements within the ERP.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance prior to deploying new features or updates.
- Assist in data migration and integration projects to streamline cross-departmental operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or similar ERP implementation role.
- Strong understanding of core business processes including Finance, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
- Ability to configure NetSuite features, including saved searches, custom reports, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business efficiency.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a startup environment.
- Certification in NetSuite ERP Consultant is highly desirable but not mandatory.
