- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for network deployment and data center roles across global markets
- Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment programs including sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define talent requirements and create compelling job narratives
- Implement candidate experience initiatives that enhance employer branding and engagement metrics
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring workflows
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technical communities and industry networks
- Manage stakeholder relationships across departments to align recruitment with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with focus on technical/IT infrastructure roles
- Proven track record in program management within recruitment or talent development contexts
- Deep understanding of network deployment, cloud infrastructure, and data center operations
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence technical hiring teams
- Certifications in HR (SHRM-CP/SCP) or technical recruitment preferred
