Surge Digital Ecosystems is currently seeking a highly motivated Network Engineer to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and optimizing our network infrastructure to support our expanding digital ecosystem.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration and maintenance of network hardware, specifically focusing on router deployment and Optical Line Terminal (OLT) management at our new site locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about ensuring seamless connectivity and high-performance network standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and OLT equipment at new site locations.
- Perform regular maintenance and performance tuning to ensure network uptime and speed.
- Collaborate with field teams to resolve technical issues during site deployment phases.
- Monitor network traffic and performance metrics, providing proactive solutions for potential bottlenecks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, IP addressing, and hardware inventory.
- Ensure physical network safety and security standards are strictly followed on-site.
- Provide tier-2 technical support for network-related incidents escalated from the field.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Strong working knowledge of fiber optic technologies and OLT configuration.
- Hands-on experience with major networking vendors (e.g., Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei, or ZTE).
- Understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, and basic network security protocols.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta Barat and travel to new site locations as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
