Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable network architectures including LAN/WAN/WLAN systems.
- Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers to ensure secure data traffic.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement security patches to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to upgrade hardware and software components.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topology, configurations, and inventory.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding network infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Network Engineer or relevant IT infrastructure role.
- Strong proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN management.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network hardware and OS.
- Proven experience with firewall security (e.g., Fortigate, Palo Alto) and network monitoring tools.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
