Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems
- Collaborate on network expansion projects and technology upgrades
- Document network configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network incidents and outages
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper network infrastructure
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent enterprise networking credentials
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
- Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS/Azure networking services)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex network issues
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
