Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, install, and configure network hardware including routers, switches, access points, and next-generation firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure maximum uptime and service reliability.
- Implement and manage network security protocols to protect organizational data and infrastructure integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new network solutions and support large-scale IT projects.
- Document network topologies, configurations, and change management procedures for ongoing maintenance.
- Perform regular software and firmware updates to maintain security patches and system optimization.
- Provide technical support and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in network engineering or system administration.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and VPN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with major enterprise vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba).
- Proficiency in firewall management and network security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
