Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise-level Routers, Switches, and Firewalls to ensure optimal network performance.
- Monitor network traffic and performance to proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement robust network security policies, including VPNs, ACLs, and firewall rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and system integration projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture, configurations, and change management procedures.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support to troubleshoot complex network-related incidents.
- Optimize network availability and disaster recovery plans to minimize system downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.
- Deep understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, Port-Channel).
- Proven expertise in firewall administration and network security best practices.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
