As a Network Engineer at Lintasarta, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our high-availability network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, robust security, and peak performance for our diverse range of enterprise clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues within strict SLA timeframes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network enhancements and capacity upgrades.
- Perform regular security audits and maintain firmware updates to ensure network resilience against vulnerabilities.
- Document network topologies, configurations, and disaster recovery procedures effectively.
- Support the deployment of WAN, LAN, and VPN solutions for our enterprise client portfolio.
- Analyze network traffic patterns to identify bottlenecks and optimize bandwidth allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Must possess an active CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in network engineering or administration.
- Solid understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel).
- Experience with enterprise firewall management and network security best practices.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Zabbix, or PRTG).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
