In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust Metro-E network solutions to ensure seamless connectivity and performance across our enterprise environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain Metro-Ethernet network infrastructure to support high-availability business requirements.
- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and edge devices in a complex enterprise ecosystem.
- Monitor network performance, perform capacity planning, and implement optimization strategies.
- Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting, identify root causes, and resolve network outages within established SLAs.
- Manage VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) to ensure efficient data transmission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate new network services and upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topologies, configurations, and change logs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Valid CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is mandatory.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, specifically focusing on Metro-E and carrier-grade technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and routing/switching protocols.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with network security protocols and firewall management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to work under a contract-based employment model.
