Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade WiFi networks and infrastructure
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement optimizations
- Ensure network security through firewall management, encryption protocols, and access controls
- Document network configurations, topology maps, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams on network upgrades, expansions, and technology integrations
- Provide technical support for network hardware including routers, switches, and access points
- Conduct regular network audits and implement best practices for reliability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Proven experience in network administration and WiFi infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nagios)
- Certification in networking (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and user support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
