Wismilak is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Network Operation Center (NOC) Manager to join our IT Infrastructure team in Surabaya. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the 24/7 availability, performance, and security of our enterprise network and systems. You will lead a high-performing team of network engineers, oversee incident management protocols, and drive strategic initiatives to modernize our infrastructure, ensuring seamless business continuity for our operations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in networking, cloud environments, and monitoring systems, combined with strong people management skills to mentor and develop our technical talent. You will serve as the primary escalation point for critical network incidents and be a key contributor to our digital transformation roadmap.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the NOC team to ensure 24/7 service availability and optimal network performance.
- Oversee real-time monitoring of infrastructure, servers, and network health using advanced monitoring tools.
- Act as the primary incident commander during major service outages or critical system failures.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident response, change management, and disaster recovery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to align network strategies with corporate goals.
- Analyze network performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for infrastructure optimization.
- Manage relationships with ISP and telecommunications vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance network security, automation, and system resilience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network administration or NOC environments, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching (Cisco/Juniper), firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Proven experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios).
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident and Problem Management.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle critical escalations effectively.
