Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network traffic, server health, and system performance 24/7.
- Diagnose and resolve network incidents, connectivity issues, and server outages.
- Respond to technical tickets and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Conduct regular system backups and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and network standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement infrastructure upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or Network Administration.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and switching.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume technical support.
- Good communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network+ are a plus.
