Lintasarta, a leading national provider of IT services and communications, is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join our expanding team in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform 24/7 proactive monitoring of network infrastructure, server health, and desktop connectivity.
- Serve as the first-level point of contact for technical support, resolving user issues and hardware/software incidents.
- Detect, analyze, and escalate network anomalies or outages to the appropriate engineering teams.
- Document all incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within our ticketing system.
- Configure and maintain desktop environments and user access permissions according to security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through timely incident response and resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a NOC environment or as a Technical Support Specialist.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS desktop environments and common office applications.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or Nagios).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation, including nights and holidays.
