Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, manage, and monitor enterprise-grade firewalls including Palo Alto, Fortigate, and Checkpoint.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks within client network environments.
- Proactively monitor network traffic to detect and mitigate security incidents in real-time.
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues and security policy conflicts.
- Deploy, maintain, and upgrade network security hardware and software solutions according to industry best practices.
- Draft and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration changes and security incident reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality managed security services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in network security administration.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortigate, or Checkpoint firewall platforms.
- Solid understanding of routing, switching, VPN, and network security protocols.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, NSE 4/5, or CCSA are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Indonesian, capable of translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
