Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain wireless network equipment including routers, access points, and related hardware
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal connectivity
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for wireless network problems across Jakarta areas
- Collaborate with clients to understand their networking requirements and implement appropriate solutions
- Document network configurations, maintenance activities, and technical procedures
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Train clients on proper use of network equipment and provide ongoing support
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wireless network engineering and administration
- Strong knowledge of WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and network protocols
- Experience with network equipment from major vendors (Cisco, Ubiquiti, etc.)
- Certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling across Jakarta areas
