Tanggung Jawab
- Perform and interpret neurodiagnostic procedures including EEG, EMG, and evoked potential tests
- Assist in the planning and implementation of new neurodiagnostic services and technologies
- Maintain and calibrate neurodiagnostic equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and improve diagnostic protocols
- Document and analyze patient data with precision and attention to detail
- Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and trainees in neurodiagnostic procedures
- Stay updated with advancements in neurodiagnostic technologies and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Neurophysiology, Medical Technology, or related field
- Certification in neurodiagnostic technology (e.g., CNMT, R. EEG T., R. EP T.)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in neurodiagnostic procedures
- Strong knowledge of neurological disorders and diagnostic testing
- Proficiency in operating neurodiagnostic equipment and software
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
