Are you a passionate FMCG professional looking to make your mark on consumer shelves? We are seeking a highly motivated New Product Development (NPD) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the bridge between market insights and product reality, driving innovation from conceptualization through to successful market launch.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure our products not only meet consumer needs but also excel in a competitive landscape. If you possess a keen eye for market trends, technical aptitude for packaging development, and the drive to manage fast-paced project lifecycles, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from initial ideation to final product commercialization.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify whitespace opportunities for innovation.
- Coordinate with R&D and quality assurance teams to oversee product formulation and testing phases.
- Manage packaging development projects, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in New Product Development within the FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and stage-gate processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various internal departments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for local stakeholder management.
