- Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of existing and new technology implementations
- Research and recommend cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Develop implementation strategies for new technologies across various departments
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing systems
- Monitor and analyze technology performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technology implementation, digital transformation, or operational analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex operational processes
- Experience with agribusiness operations or supply chain management is highly desirable
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, big data analytics, and automation
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading technology implementations
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for data analysis and process mapping
