You will work closely with the production team to monitor equipment performance, conduct routine checks, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the manufacturing cycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor NH Scale filling and packaging machines to ensure accurate dosing and efficient output.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure strict hygiene standards.
- Monitor the formulation process to ensure product consistency and adherence to quality specifications.
- Conduct daily quality checks and record production data accurately in the system.
- Identify and report mechanical or quality defects immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and monthly production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or High School education in Technical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of filling, packaging, and scale operation machinery.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, including shifts if required.
