Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital/physical filing systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Assist with onboarding documentation and employee records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite
- Support US client-facing teams during night shift operations
- Implement administrative workflow improvements
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates or with 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
