Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input and update shipping data, bills of lading, and inventory records into the company's central database.
- Verify and reconcile shipping documents to ensure strict compliance with international and local shipping regulations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of logistics documents.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and other departments to resolve data discrepancies and logistical issues.
- Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly operational reports regarding cargo status and data entry metrics.
- Conduct routine data audits to identify, correct, and prevent errors before they impact operations.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality of all sensitive client and company information.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Must be willing and available to work on a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal, for documentation and communication.
- Basic knowledge of logistics terms and shipping documentation procedures is preferred.
