You will help resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from international clients regarding technical hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems and provide step-by-step technical guidance to resolve them.
  • Deliver accurate solutions to customers while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Document all customer interactions, technical resolutions, and issue statuses accurately in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on best practices to prevent future technical issues.
  • Escalate unresolved or highly complex cases to senior technical support agents or Tier 2 teams.
  • Adhere to all quality assurance standards and call handling procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School Diploma).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO or Customer Service setting.
  • Experience with International accounts is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently and reliably during the Night Shift schedule.
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • Basic computer literacy and general troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Willingness to undergo training and certification processes.
