Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in real-time monitoring of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and fire detection within the data center environment.
- Perform routine health checks on NOC security hardware and software to ensure 99.999% uptime.
- Support the team in incident response, documenting security alerts, and escalating potential threats appropriately.
- Conduct physical security inspections across the facility to ensure adherence to Tier IV compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports regarding security operations and system performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot minor security hardware connectivity issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of updated security software patches and configurations.
- Participate in periodic facility audits and security drill exercises.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, network operations, and data center physical infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and security protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation if required by the NOC team.
