Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network performance metrics and identify anomalies in real-time to ensure maximum uptime.
- Act as the primary point of contact for network incident detection and initial troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with field engineers and third-party vendors to resolve connectivity issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of all network incidents and generate daily performance summary reports.
- Escalate critical network outages to Tier 2/3 engineering support teams according to SLA requirements.
- Perform routine health checks on core network hardware and software systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring workflows and internal NOC processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and fiber-optic communication.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG).
- Ability to work in a shift-based rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
