In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing network performance while ensuring maximum uptime and minimal disruption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex network issues, implement solutions, and continuously improve operational processes.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, combined with excellent communication and documentation skills. You will be expected to handle escalated incidents from Tier 1, perform root cause analysis, and develop preventive measures to avoid future issues.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network systems and infrastructure using advanced monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents escalated from Tier 1 support, maintaining SLA compliance
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring network issues and implement long-term solutions
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve network-related escalations
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and network changes in the knowledge base for future reference
- Proactively identify potential network vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to prevent future outages
- Participate in shift rotations and provide after-hours support as needed to maintain 24/7 network operations
Kualifikasi
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex network issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for clear reporting and team collaboration
- Proven experience in NOC or network operations environment, preferably in a Tier 2 capacity
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and infrastructure components
- Ability to work full-time onsite in McKinley, Taguig and start immediately
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules and provide coverage as needed
