Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a professional Nominee Director on the board of Synergos Solutions Network Pte Ltd.
- Execute remote signing of board resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance policies and Singapore regulatory frameworks.
- Attend board meetings and committee meetings as required, providing professional oversight.
- Review and approve financial reports and annual returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate and financial information.
- Provide strategic guidance and governance advice when requested by the executive team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Nominee Director or in a similar corporate governance role.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Companies Act and corporate compliance requirements.
- Excellent professional integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote signing duties efficiently.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, or Finance).
