- Conduct thorough on-site investigations and inspections of property damage or loss incidents
- Verify claim documentation, including police reports, repair estimates, and witness statements
- Assess claim validity by analyzing evidence, policies, and legal frameworks
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with clear recommendations for claim outcomes
- Communicate effectively with claimants, witnesses, and insurance stakeholders
- Negotiate fair settlements within policy guidelines and company authority limits
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal claim procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in insurance claims, adjusting, or surveying
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field assignments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documentation review
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions
- Knowledge of insurance principles, claim processes, and legal requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
