Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth for non-life insurance products (property, casualty, liability, etc.) to corporate and individual clients
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships through regular follow-ups and needs-based consultations
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals aligned with client requirements
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and documentation
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, product innovations, and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle (for client visits)
- Professional license in insurance sales (preference given to PRC-accredited agents)
