Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or web-based ticketing platforms with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols for all customer information.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while keeping the customer informed.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
- Strong typing skills and ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a BPO or non-voice environment is preferred but not required (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
