Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns primarily through email, chat, or web-based ticketing systems.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal database.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex issues and escalate tickets when necessary.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality performance metrics.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations regarding customer information.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on account-specific processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and sentence construction).
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and web browsers.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Previous experience in a BPO or non-voice account is a plus but not required.
