Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns primarily through email, chat, or web-based ticketing systems.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal database.
  • Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex issues and escalate tickets when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality performance metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations regarding customer information.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on account-specific processes.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and sentence construction).
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and web browsers.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or non-voice account is a plus but not required.
