Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound calls for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Process non-voice communications including email and chat support
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics for call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- 6 months+ call center or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in multitasking and digital communication tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Basic computer literacy with CRM system familiarity
