Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the preparation, compounding, and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals in strict adherence to radiation safety protocols.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of radioactive drugs, safety equipment, and medical supplies.
- Ensure full compliance with hospital policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and radiation safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with nuclear medicine physicians and nurses to support clinical workflows and patient care plans.
- Review prescriptions for radiopharmaceuticals to verify accuracy, dosage, and patient compatibility.
- Maintain detailed records of radioactive material usage, disposal, and regulatory reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited university.
- Registered Pharmacist license (valid in Malaysia).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with specific experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of radiation safety standards, handling regulations, and ALARA principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
