Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Lead and coordinate community health outreach programs and screenings.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and charts.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and administer basic life support when needed.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related medical field.
- Current, active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in community health outreach or public health nursing is an advantage.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification required.
