Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients, with a focus on skin, maternal, and infant health.
- Monitor patient vital signs and update medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in prenatal and postnatal care procedures under the supervision of senior medical staff.
- Educate patients and their families on proper skin care routines, maternal health, and baby care techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to ensure the comfort of all patients and staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors, adhering to strict safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) license is required.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in maternal and infant care is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of skin care procedures and basic baby care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families.
