Tanggung Jawab
- Perform initial patient triage and monitor vital signs to ensure patient safety.
- Assist ophthalmologists and optometrists during eye examinations and procedures.
- Manage front desk reception duties, including scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and charts.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment for use.
- Provide clear patient education regarding post-care instructions and treatment plans.
- Coordinate effectively with pharmacy and optical departments for referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and basic triage protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems or hospital management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking clinical environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on hygiene and safety standards.
