Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct nursing care in mobile clinic settings, including patient assessment, triage, and treatment administration.
- Conduct health education sessions focused on HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, and awareness for adolescents.
- Assist in the management of chronic conditions and general medical needs of the community members.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, patient charts, and documentation in compliance with health regulations.
- Promote healthy lifestyle choices and preventative health measures through outreach programs.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate first aid support during clinic operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1) or equivalent professional nursing certification.
- Valid Registered Nurse (Perawat Umum) license/registration.
- Previous experience in community health, mobile clinics, or adolescent health is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and counseling protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient education.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to public service and community well-being.
- Ability to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as required.
