Tanggung Jawab
- Assist nurses with patient care activities including bathing, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any abnormalities
- Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment for procedures
- Administer medications under nurse supervision as per protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and healthcare documentation
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Nursing Assistance or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced medical environments
