Tanggung Jawab
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure safe and efficient delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing care plans tailored to the specific needs of palliative patients.
- Conduct regular clinical audits to maintain high standards of nursing practice and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate clinical training and mentorship programs to upskill nursing team members.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and social workers to coordinate holistic patient care.
- Manage complex clinical situations and provide expert guidance during patient emergencies.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care interventions to enhance quality of life and symptom management.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing license.
- Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience, with prior experience in palliative care or oncology highly preferred.
- Possess an Advanced Diploma in Nursing or equivalent specialized certification.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients and grieving families.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
