Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Clinician (Infection Control) to join our team in the West Region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing infection prevention and control (IPC) programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
As an expert in the field, you will champion clinical excellence, provide expert consultation to medical staff, and ensure adherence to ASPICS guidelines and regulatory standards. You will play a pivotal role in identifying risks, developing surveillance strategies, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician looking to make a significant impact on clinical outcomes and hospital-wide infection control protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive infection control programs across clinical departments.
- Conduct regular audits and surveillance to identify, track, and report hospital-acquired infections.
- Provide expert clinical guidance and training to healthcare staff on aseptic techniques and infection prevention best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage outbreaks and implement containment measures efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with ASPICS and national healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data trends to recommend improvements in clinical workflows and patient care protocols.
- Serve as a key liaison for infection control policies between clinical departments and administrative leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing license.
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Post-graduate qualification or certification in Infection Control/ASPICS highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience, with significant exposure to infection control settings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret surveillance data and formulate actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence clinical practices effectively.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure clinical environments and outbreak scenarios.
