Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures in alignment with national and international standards.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff regarding infection control best practices and aseptic techniques.
- Conduct regular audits, surveillance, and risk assessments to identify potential infection control gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams during infectious disease outbreaks or surveillance activities.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training and education programs on infection control for staff across all levels.
- Manage incident reporting and investigate infection-related occurrences, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Liaise with the infectious disease department to ensure evidence-based practices are integrated into daily clinical operations.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or infection control capacity.
- Post-graduate qualification in Infection Control or a related field (e.g., Advanced Diploma in Infection Control) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret surveillance data and translate it into actionable clinical strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems for data management and reporting.
