Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' vital signs and response to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about critical care procedures and recovery processes
- Participate in code blue emergencies and rapid response teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification
- Current and valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Intensive Care Unit nursing
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
