Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and update nursing curricula and clinical training programs in alignment with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) standards.
- Lead comprehensive orientation programs for new nursing staff to ensure a seamless transition into the clinical environment.
- Conduct clinical supervision and bedside teaching to enhance the practical competencies of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Nursing Aides.
- Perform regular competency assessments and clinical audits to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Identify learning gaps within the nursing department and implement targeted continuing education and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate evidence-based practices into daily clinical workflows.
- Manage training resources and maintain meticulous records of staff training progress and certification.
- Participate in nursing research and quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Clinical Education is highly preferred.
- Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a valid Practising Certificate.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of clinical experience, preferably within geriatric, rehabilitative, or community care settings.
- Proven experience in a teaching, clinical instructor, or educator role within a healthcare environment.
- Advanced Diploma in Nursing (e.g., Gerontology, Medical-Surgical, or Community Health) is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to engage diverse learners.
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching methods for adult learners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
