The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija is actively seeking dedicated, licensed nurses to fill the role of Nurse I for deployment within the Ilocos Region. This is more than just a job; it is a calling to serve the community and uphold the highest standards of public health nursing.
As a Nurse I, you will be the frontline of our public health system. You will deliver essential healthcare services, manage patient care in Rural Health Units and community settings, and actively participate in DOH and LGU-led health programs. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, treatment administration, health education, and documentation.
We are looking for a compassionate professional who can work independently and as part of a dedicated team. You must be a licensed Registered Nurse with a strong ethical foundation and a commitment to public service. Previous experience in a government hospital or RHU is an advantage but not strictly required.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation.
- Administer medications, intravenous fluids, vaccinations, and treatments as per physician orders.
- Perform routine medical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
- Implement public health programs, including immunization campaigns, maternal and child health services, and disease surveillance.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper health records, documenting patient encounters and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with barangay health workers and other LGUs for community health initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and updated PRC license.
- Preferably with at least one year of relevant clinical or public health experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Must be physically and mentally fit to perform nursing duties.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be willing to undergo training and deployment within the Ilocos Region.
- Strong sense of public service and community engagement.
