- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and compliance protocols
- Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and resource management for optimal efficiency

- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans and operational procedures

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree or postgraduate qualification preferred
- Valid Singapore nursing license with current registration
- Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience with 2+ years in leadership/management
- Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations (MOH, CQC standards)
- Strong proficiency in healthcare management systems and documentation
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
